You participated and we listened. A first draft of the Tacoma 2025 vision is being prepared for a series of community meetings on September 22, 24, and 29. More information is provided on the About page. We hope you will attend those events, but in the meantime tell us what you think right here.

A key focus for Tacoma 2025 is Education and Learning. Based on input so far, we think the goal is:

“Thriving children, with abundant opportunities for life-long learning.”

To achieve this goal, Tacoma should:
1. Improve childhood education
2. Grow and maintain a strong workforce with rich post-secondary education opportunities
